REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Before assigning to any shoppers if customer wants to cancel the order, they have an option to cancel it from the cancel from the Liveshoppee app.
  2. Customer may be required to pay a cancellation fee for transactions initiated on the Platform for which the Delivery Partner is already assigned.
  3. With respect to work commenced by Merchants or the shopper the cancellation fee will be charged to such Users which will be in accordance with the cancellation and refund policies of LiveShoppee.
  4. Liveshoppee will initiate the refund to the user if the package/Shipment has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery where the mistakes found it due to Shopper side.
  5. Liveshoppee will refund to user in case that the wrong Item has been delivered to Users, which does not match the Item for which the Users had initiated a transaction on the Platform, provided, however, that such a change in Item has not been communicated to the Users in advance.
  6. On instructions from Merchants/Delivery Partners, Liveshoppee may cancel transactions initiated by Users on the Platform:
    1. When the order booking is confirmed, there is no response from the User via phone or other communication channels.
    2. Merchants/Delivery Partners are unable to deliver to the designated address provided by Users.
    3. If any material good is supplied/delivered/purchased that is illegal, offensive, or in violation of the Terms of Use, the transaction is illegal.
    4. When the Delivery Partner reaches the designated delivery location, the User is not physically present or cannot be reached for more than fifteen (15) minutes.
    5. Information, instructions and authorisations provided by Users are not complete or sufficient to execute the transaction.
    6. In the event that any Merchant's outlet is closed.
    7. In the event that a Delivery Partner is not available to perform the service.
    8. There is no stock available with the merchant for any product or item.
  7. LiveShoppee's refund decisions will be final and binding and will be in accordance with LiveShoppee's internal refund policy. Refunds initiated by Liveshoppee will be credited to the source account from which the transaction was initiated.
